Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Your order may take up to 48 hours to process. Once we have processed it, we will email you to let you know when it is on its way.


We use Royal Mail as our delivery partner. At checkout, you can select from one of the following options.

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class

    Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery is the standard delivery we offer.

     

    Orders can be expected to arrive within 3-5 business days once dispatched.

    There is no progress tracking, but there is proof of delivery once it is delivered.

     

    This delivery option is free on orders over £35.

  • Royal Mail - Tracked 24

    Royal Mail - Tracked 24 delivery is our expedited service for an additional charge.

    Orders can be expected to arrive within 1-2 business days once dispatched.

    There is full progress tracking, email/mobile notifications and proof of delivery.

     

    This delivery option is free on orders over £50.

     

Tracking:

To track the progress of your order, please copy and paste the tracking number from the "Your order has been processed" email into Royal Mail's tracking site here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

Delayed or Lost in Transit:

Royal Mail Terms & Conditions state that delayed packages are not classed as lost or delayed until ten working days have passed. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.

Refunds, returns and exchanges:

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
